We are open with STRICT SOCIAL DISTANCING IN PLACE.

Update September 14th: We respectfully request that you only visit in groups of up to 6 people (unless you are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6) This is a LEGAL requirement. Our staff will question groups larger than 6 people when visiting.

The areas which are currently open are our beautiful nature trails, walks and parkland, our famous Barrel Ride, Outdoor Adventure Playground and The Rickyard Restaurant. Petting sessions are also available throughout the day.It is now also possible to buy animal food to feed the animals.

You can see all of the farm animals around the farm, including goats, sheep, cows, ponies, pigs, ducks, geese and chickens.

Our pet shop is also open with a variety of small animals including rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens.

*PLEASE NOTE* Our Indoor play area remains closed at the moment – we will reopen it as soon as we can safely do so. On wet days there are limited areas to shelter (apart from pre booked tables in the restaurant and the trees) so please think carefully about whether you really want to book your ticket with us.

        Hello, you will walk past some of the animals on the way to the walks and whilst on the walks you will see cattle, sheep, goats and ponies.

        Cancellations and refunds for day entry or ticketed events.

        Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

        Cancellations due to any pandemic, foot and mouth disease, e coli, Local Lockdown or any other environmental issue that forces the farm park to close.

        We cannot offer refunds for any of the above, however we will offer a gift voucher to the value of your booking for you to use either for entry or anywhere on site at a time in the future. Gift vouchers must be used within a year of the date of issue.

      Hello sorry for the delay in replying. Yes we have 4 outside toilets and a urinal which are open and are sanitised every half hour.

      Hi Jemma, yes most of the walks are buggy friendly. They are on grass though so after the recent rain it will be more difficult. Daisy’s Dawdle is the only walk with steps.

      Hi Emma, the indoor eating areas are reserved for people buying food from them. We have plenty of picnic benches outside and our restaurant staff would be happy to give you one of the high chairs to use.
