Dear Friends of West Lodge Farm,
We are so pleased to tell you that, after months of being closed to the public we can now reopen all of our outside areas on the farm. Subject to the most up to date government guidance and information.
We continue to work hard to ensure extra safety measures are in place so that we are COVID-19 secure ensuring everyone has a safe, fun visit.
This includes limiting the number of visitors per day to ensure visitors and staff can safely keep to the governments social distancing requirements. As such, everyone, including Annual Pass Holders MUST pre-book tickets online in advance.

Keeping Everyone Safe

Covid restrictions are still in place!

Numbers will be greatly reduced and tickets will be booked on a timed entry system.  We have created a staggered entry booking time to minimise social contact when entering the shop. . Please arrive within 15 minutes of the time you have booked. For example if you have booked 11.15am please arrive between 11.15 and 11.30 am – thank you!

Hand sanitising stations are available for you to use upon entry to the farm park and exiting.

Our outside toilets are open and will be sanitised regularly.

Masks must be worn when in the shop area.

2 metre social distancing is requested at all times

We will continue to have extra hand-sanitiser/hand-wash stations at the entrances, exits and at regular stops around the site. We also have an increased cleaning schedule in place.


Food and Drinks

The Udder Pace will be open serving hot and cold takeaway drinks, ice creams and snacks.

You can stay for the whole day from the time slot you have booked. Last entry to the farm is at 4pm, farm closes at 6pm. We have slightly reduced the price after 3pm.

MEMBERS You will still need to pre book your ticket. As of 1st April 2021 all children under 1 year are free. Children between 12 months and 2 years will need a toddler ticket. Children over 2 will need a 1 person ticket.

IMPORTANT – Please think carefully before booking a ticket with us.

Only our outdoor areas are open at this time. If April Showers pay us a visit there are very few undercover areas for shelter.

We’re very excited about the future and have have big plans for the rest of 2021. We can’t wait to share them with you!🐮Thank you for all of your support throughout lockdown, we’ve missed you and cannot wait to welcome you all back very soon!

        Hello, you will walk past some of the animals on the way to the walks and whilst on the walks you will see cattle, sheep, goats and ponies.

        Cancellations and refunds for day entry or ticketed events.

        Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

        Cancellations due to any pandemic, foot and mouth disease, e coli, Local Lockdown or any other environmental issue that forces the farm park to close.

        We cannot offer refunds for any of the above, however we will offer a gift voucher to the value of your booking for you to use either for entry or anywhere on site at a time in the future. Gift vouchers must be used within a year of the date of issue.

      Hello sorry for the delay in replying. Yes we have 4 outside toilets and a urinal which are open and are sanitised every half hour.

      Hi Jemma, yes most of the walks are buggy friendly. They are on grass though so after the recent rain it will be more difficult. Daisy’s Dawdle is the only walk with steps.

      Hi Emma, the indoor eating areas are reserved for people buying food from them. We have plenty of picnic benches outside and our restaurant staff would be happy to give you one of the high chairs to use.
