🎄Here are some top tips to make sure you have a magical day out with us.
🎄Arrive early! The time you have booked is the time you begin your Christmas Adventure. Please arrive at least half an hour before the time you have booked.
🎄You can arrive at the farm at any time from 9.30am and spend the whole day with us. There is so much going on from the moment you arrive.
🎄If you are planning on eating with us and haven’t booked a table please go to the restaurant as soon as you arrive and book – it gets very busy and we cannot always guarantee seating if you haven’t pre booked.
🎄Gingerbread decorating – is taking place in The Udder Place, we recommend going in early, it will get very busy after 2pm.
🎄Wrap up warm!
🎄Allow plenty of time to enjoy the day with us, there is so much going on as well as all of the Christmas Experience – make sure you take part in the Nativity, see the singing reindeer, visit the indoor play and experience the free barrel rides.

Hello, you will walk past some of the animals on the way to the walks and whilst on the walks you will see cattle, sheep, goats and ponies.

Cancellations and refunds for day entry or ticketed events.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
Cancellations due to any pandemic, foot and mouth disease, e coli, Local Lockdown or any other environmental issue that forces the farm park to close.
We cannot offer refunds for any of the above, however we will offer a gift voucher to the value of your booking for you to use either for entry or anywhere on site at a time in the future. Gift vouchers must be used within a year of the date of issue.

Will toilet facilities be open?
Hello sorry for the delay in replying. Yes we have 4 outside toilets and a urinal which are open and are sanitised every half hour.
Are any of the walks buggy friendly?
Hi Jemma, yes most of the walks are buggy friendly. They are on grass though so after the recent rain it will be more difficult. Daisy’s Dawdle is the only walk with steps.
If we bring our own lunch can we sit in the cafe areas at the tables with high chairs ?
Hi Emma, the indoor eating areas are reserved for people buying food from them. We have plenty of picnic benches outside and our restaurant staff would be happy to give you one of the high chairs to use.

If my husband books a tractor ride for pumpkin day, can I ride tractor together with my husband?
Yes of course, you will need to book your tractor rides at the same time though
