West Lodge Forest School is based in the heart of the Golf Course wood. Just a 10 minute walk from the main farm park, our dedicated 2 acre site is set up to welcome children of all ages to experience the great outdoors all year ‘round, whatever the weather.
At West Lodge Forest School we seek to encourage, motivate, engage and inspire children through positive outdoor experiences. We have a mixture of adult supervised activities and plenty of opportunities for children use their imagination and to take risks in a supervised environment.
Activities that you may do at Forest School include:
• Fire making
• Tool use (bow saws and whittling)
• Mini beast hunting
• Mud kitchen
• Rope swings
• Den making
