Can I book online?
Yes you can book online. At the moment (June 2020) everyone MUST pre book their ticket with us. This is so we can manage numbers on site and maintain social distancing
What happens when I buy a ticket online?
When you buy a ticket online you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode.You can then either print this ticket, or use your smart phone to present the bar code at the shop entrance, where your ticket will be scanned to permit entry. If neither of these options are available, you can always make a note of your booking number so we can enter it into our system to find your booking.
Do you issue refunds?
Tickets are only valid on the date for which they were purchased and we regret that refunds cannot be offered in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
Can I purchase a ticket on the day?
At this present moment in time (June 2020) you cannot buy a ticket from the shop on the day. Everyone must pre book their ticket so that we can manage numbers on site and maintain good social distancing.
How can I get in contact with you?
For any questions about your booking or your visit please e-mail email@example.com or telephone 01536 760552. We will endeavour to speak to you or reply to your email straight away however during busy periods this may be difficult. If you are calling please try and do so before 9.30am or after 4pm.
Do you sell annual membership?
Yes, a West Lodge Annual Pass givesyou access to the farm all year round and are available to buy online or at the Welcome Desk. Please click HERE to purchase an annual membership
Do you do birthday parties?
Yes we do!We host birthday parties in our Indoor Adventure Barn Please see our PARTY PAGE section for more details. (At the moment June 2020 we are unable to offer birthday parties in our Indoor Adventure Barn)
What is our definition of a carer?
We class a carer as a person over the age of 18 who, without payment (excluding benefits & allowances), provides help and support to an individual who is in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP). The term carer should not be confused with a care worker, foster carer or care assistant, who receives payment for looking after someone.
What should I bring and what should I wear?
To make the most of the farm and walks we recommend that you bring wellies especially after wet periods. For your health and safety all people who play in the adventure playbarn MUST WEAR SOCKS. Any person not wearing socks will be asked to leave the area. Socks can be purchased from a member of staff.
Can we buy food and drink?
There are are 3 different places to buy food at West Lodge. Please click on our PLACES TO EAT button for more information
Can we bring a picnic with us?
Yes – you are more than welcome to bring a picnic to eat outside or in one of our undercover picnic areas. Please note that we don’t allow your own food or picnics to be eaten in the The Rickyard Restaurant, The Udder Place or the Indoor Adventure barn.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes, very well behaved dogs on leads are allowed to the farm. Please note that dogs are not allowed in any of the children’s play areas (indoors and outdoors). Please remember your poop bags and take your dog waste home. Special assistance or guide dogs have access all areas.
What age is West Lodge suitable for?
We think that children between 2-12 years old will get the most out of West Lodge Farm Park. We are a family visitor attraction so always encourage everyone to join in and have the best day ever!
Can we take photographs?
Of course! But please only take photographs of your own group out of respect for everyone else.
Is parking free of charge?
Parking at West Lodge Farm is free of charge, and we have an overflow car park too.
Do you have any baby changing facilities?
We have plenty of baby changing facilities around the site in male and female toilets. Please ask a member of staff to direct you. We also have a changing bench for older children and adults with disabilities should you need it.
Is West Lodge Farm breastfeeding friendly?
You are very welcome to breastfeed your baby whilst you are with us.If you would like a little more privacy, please ask one of our team and we will direct you to a private area located in the Old Grain Adventure barn.
Do grown ups get to join in the fun?
Absolutely!!! West Lodge actively encourage grown ups and children to enjoy adventures together! We want the grown ups to enjoy West Lodge as much as the children. West Lodge is a place where you can make special memories with the whole family! Please note that adult supervision is mandatory at West Lodge Farm Park. We really want you and your family to enjoy the experience together. All children must be accompanied by an adult and adults must be accompanied by at least one child too!
