Yes you can book online.We always advise that you pre-book at busy times such as Easter to guarantee your entry at peak times.Booking online will also save you money! Online tickets must be bought before midnight on the day prior to your visit. Please click HERE to book.
When you buy a ticket online you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode.You can then either print this ticket, or use your smart phone to present the bar code at the shop entrance, where your ticket will be scanned to permit entry. If neither of these options are available, you can always make a note of your booking number so we can enter it into our system to find your booking.
Tickets are only valid on the date for which they were purchased and we regret that refunds cannot be offered in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
Yes, tickets are available to buy at the entrance to the shop.

Yes, a West Lodge Annual Pass givesyou access to the farm all year round and are available to buy online or at the Welcome Desk. Please click HERE to purchase an annual membership

We class a carer as a person over the age of 18 who, without payment (excluding benefits & allowances), provides help and support to an individual who is in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP). The term carer should not be confused with a care worker, foster carer or care assistant, who receives payment for looking after someone.
To make the most of the farm and walks we recommend that you bring wellies especially after wet periods. For your health and safety all people who play in the adventure playbarn MUST WEAR SOCKS. Any person not wearing socks will be asked to leave the area. Socks can be purchased from a member of staff.

Yes – you are more than welcome to bring a picnic to eat outside or in one of our undercover picnic areas. Please note that we don’t allow your own food or picnics to be eaten in the The Rickyard Restaurant, The Udder Place or the Indoor Adventure barn.
Yes, very well behaved dogs on leads are allowed to the farm. Please note that dogs are not allowed in any of the children’s play areas (indoors and outdoors). Please remember your poop bags and take your dog waste home. Special assistance or guide dogs have access all areas.
We think that children between 2-12 years old will get the most out of West Lodge Farm Park. We are a family visitor attraction so always encourage everyone to join in and have the best day ever!
Of course! But please only take photographs of your own group out of respect for everyone else.
Parking at West Lodge Farm is free of charge, and we have an overflow car park too.
We have plenty of baby changing facilities around the site in male and female toilets. Please ask a member of staff to direct you. We also have a changing bench for older children and adults with disabilities should you need it.
You are very welcome to breastfeed your baby whilst you are with us.If you would like a little more privacy, please ask one of our team and we will direct you to a private area located in the Old Grain Adventure barn.
Absolutely!!! West Lodge actively encourage grown ups and children to enjoy adventures together! We want the grown ups to enjoy West Lodge as much as the children. West Lodge is a place where you can make special memories with the whole family!
Please note that adult supervision is mandatory at West Lodge Farm Park. We really want you and your family to enjoy the experience together. All children must be accompanied by an adult and adults must be accompanied by at least one child too!
